Director Of Finance & Administration

Core Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director F & A has primary executive responsibility for:

1. Planning, directing and controlling financial, human resources and administrative functions of the entity
2. Researching, preparing and submission of annual budget administration
3. Provide comptrollership functions in order to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies, procedures and generally accepted accounting principles
4. Manage and coordinate human capital and administrative functions including oversight over information technology, communication, administration etc.
5. Provide leadership and direction to F&A staff to ensure efficient use of human resource in a knowledge intensive industry
6. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Chief Executive
