A major player in the Oil and Gas Industry in Ghana invites applications from dynamic, result oriented and well qualified individuals to occupy the following positions in the Organization

Director Of Operations

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Director of operations has strategic level responsibility for:

1. Sub-surface and onshore production activities, including inspections
2. Broad responsibility for all production engineering infrastructure
3. Responsibility for fiscal metering including design, calibration and maintenance
4. All production related permits
5. Joint responsibility for plans of development, including pipeline infrastructure
6. Joint responsibility for appraisal programmes
7. Any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive

Qualification

1. A minimum Masters level qualification in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Completions Engineering or a similar qualification
2. A minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant work experience in the upstream petroleum sector, at least five of which should have been in a managerial position
3. Appropriate professional certification
4. Ability to lead teams in a strategic environment
