Engineering Co-ordinator Wanted For Employment
The Engineering will be responsible for the administrative functions of the engineering department. He or She will be required to co-ordinate activities in the office of the project director.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
. Provide technical and administrative support to the Project Director ensuring projects are completed on time.
. Process and track all invoices, cheque requests, construction and legal review requests.
. Carry out day-to-day administrative duties to support the overall project life-cycle.
Essential Requirements
. A first degree in any Engineering discipline
. Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role.
. Must possess strong administrative management skills
. Must be meticulous and have an attention to detail
. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Experience working on a project site will be an advantage.
