Information Technology Manager

Job Function:
Responsible for implementing IT function in the Volta Lake Transport Company

Description Of The Job

. Manage all aspects of day to day operations of computing and network services, website management and support for IT infrastructure in VLTC in an innovative and business-oriented manner
. Provide and implement comprehensive IT programmes as well as expert technical advice to all sections of VLTC
. Evaluate user needs and system functionality and ensure that ICT facilities meet these needs
. Ensure the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software and print service
. Schedule upgrades and security backups of hardware and software system
. Provide users with appropriate support and advice

Requirements Of The Job

. A first degree in Computer Science or its equivalent professional qualification
. A minimum of 10 years working experience in an IT environment
