Position Summary

This position required that the individual should be familiar with ProCredit's major policies, procedures and processes, and should have a good understanding of internal controls and related.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

. Participate in gathering of data during pre-audit phase
. Participate  in preparation of audit sampling
. Perform audit field work under the guidance of the respective team leader (full-scope) process audit, audit of certain organizational units of the institution
. Record data obtained clearly and in most appropriate form
. Clearly document work performed using established internal forms and working papers.

Qualification, Experience and Skills required.

The Ideal candidate must have a minimum qualification B.S.c or BA, or its equivalent in any discipline especially, Economics, Sociology, Accounting, Commerce, Political Science, etc or equivalent professional qualification such as CA Ghana (Part II), ACCA (Part qualified) etc.

. systematically and logically analyze information
. Good knowledge of all statutes and regulations affecting the financial  industry in Ghana
. Excellent in spoken and written English
. Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
. Motivated, ambitious, committed to learn and hard working, enthusiastic, team player
