•  Daily IT/network Troubleshooting, PC installation/Setup, Minor PC/Laptop repairs.
•  Someone who is competent, hands-on and willing to learn new skills on the job (new skills include Microsoft SharePoint, Networking/Servers, etc) and grow with the company with the potential of being an IT Manager.
•  IT related course (e.g MCSE or other).
