Provide a range of accounting, Inventory, purchasing, IT administration and software management services for our client in the mining sector.

Keys Areas of Responsibility:

•  Converting existing  companies into Sun Systems
•  Upgrading Sun System version
•  Documenting Sun Systems processes
•  Working with Sun System users on software issues
•  Creating and maintaining databases.
•  Strategizing with management team to utilize Sun Systems
•  Assist in creating and maintaining Vision Reports.
•  Assist in uploading data into Sun.

The company is based in Accra, Ghana, but will be required to travel to other locations.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  “Sun System Super User” for 3 to 5 years
•  Sun System accounting user with experience in inventory & purchasing
•  Experience creating reports in Vision (Q&A)
•  High level experience in excel (Pivot tables, using functions & macros)
•  Experience creating and maintaining Sun Systems databases.
•  Preferred to be able to communicate (speak & write) in French and English
•  Experience using at least Sun System version 5.3
•  Problem solver and can work independent and has good organization skills
•  Experience in Sun conversions & implementation
•  Able to travel to all Endeavour Mining locations.
