Job Vacacy For Warehouse Manager



A reputable logistics Company that has its clients spread across various industries is currently recruiting for the following position:

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Planning and coordinating daily and weekly volumes to meet supply chain requirements
•  Stock Management – total control over stock loss and damages
•  Development and implementation continuous improvement initiatives – ISO,SHEQ etc
•  People and resource management to achieve performance objectives
•  Manage activities of third party providers including casual staff and forklift operations
•  Meet client’s production and distribution objectives
•  Generate weekly and monthly reports as well as Key Performance Indicators required on the Contract (internal and
external)
•  Manage the daily operations of receipts and despatch as per contract, identifying key drivers to reduce operational
costs
•  Manage and maintain good client relationship and service delivery

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualifications & Experience:

•  Relevant University Degree
•  Computer literacy (use of MS Excel & inventory management software would be an added advantage)
•  Logistics experience with at least 6 years in industrial warehousing operations
•  Ability to lead and develop a team and ensure the objectives set are met
•  Brewery experience will be an added advantage
