Job Summary

• Duties include establishing performance goals and objectives for the school and for teachers
• The academic supervisor will also monitor students progress, keep teachers trained and motivated, visit class rooms to evaluate teaching methods and provide performance standards for teachers and other employees
• He/she is expected to submit regular reports to management on staff and management on staff and student attendance and performance.

Qualification Required & Experience

• The applicant must hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Education with relevant work experience
