Job Summary

•   Providing leadership, management, and development of a defined contract.
•   Ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.
•   Developing and implementing PPM regimes.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good general education is essential, preferably to HND or degree level.

Essential Qualifications

•   Knowledge of maintenance protocols such as SFG20 or equivalent.
•   A thorough understanding of modern facilities management
•   Managerial experience at Contract Manager Level or above, within technical, hard services, is essential.
•   Up to date technical knowledge of ACOP’s, fire and environmental control measures, building control requirements, and the Health and Safety at Work Act.

Desirable Qualifications:

•   Knowledge of  NEC contracts
