The Accountant will assume primary responsibility for performing diversified accounts payable functions following   varied  standardized procedures and accounting practices. To ensure accurate scheduled flow of all expenditures, related reports and audit documentation for the project.

Key Roles:

•   Review and analyze pending expenditures for appropriate action and determine propriety and accuracy of all expenditures.
•   Follow   up   with   all   Implementing   Partners payments and reporting.
•   Maintain software for providing documentation and resolve any discrepancies or clarification for accounting records

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's  Degree  in   Finance,  Accounting or Business Studies
•   Part professional qualification (ACCA/ICA/CIMA/CPA).
•   At least 3 years relevant experience
•   Experience  in  NGO  accounts/financial management will be an advantage.
•   Working knowledge of accounting softwares.
•   Good communication skills and good command in written and spoken English
