GHS Housing Limited is a dynamic and a fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company located in Pokuase. We are currently looking for young energetic and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following position: Accounts Officer
Job Summary / Responsibilities
• Collate, input, check and process monthly payroll, including expense claims and other one-off transactions
• Reconcile all payroll related general ledger accounts unto the payroll
• Ensure clients receipts are allocated correctly
• Reconcile clients ledgers monthly to ensure they are accurate and fully updated
• Process journals and general ledger maintenance as necessary, accurately and in timely manner
• Assist with allocation of overheads to departments
• Produce all financial reports in accordance with published timetables
Qualification Required & Experience
• First Degree, HND in Accounting or a Part II qualification in CIMA
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Should be conversant in the use of Tally accounting software
• Should have good knowledge of general taxation procedure and regulations
