Job Vacancy For Accounts Officer At StarShea Limited (Tamale)
Job Description
• To maintain approved accounting system for the company, updating it whenever necessary, ie on a monthly basis
• To apply and control financial procedures and forms, ensuring that eachtransaction and payment has the necessary
approval and justification
• To ensure that all transactions conforms to the financial policy and procedures of the company
• To prepare for the attention of supervisor daily, weekly and monthly financial reports applicable to scope of work
• To prepare for endorsement by the supervisor, monthly payroll details
• To keep and manage petty cash in line with company policy
• Responsible for asset management in the company, inventory, maintenance, insurance, aquisition
• To ensure proper filling of all documents
• To participate and contribute knowledge and experience to build team capacitty
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND in Accounting from a recognized Institution
• A minimum of three years experience in finance management in a related environment.
• Highly proficient in accounting softwares (SAP Business One , Sage, Tally, Quick Books etc)
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications (word, and excel)
Other Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
