A new rural bank located in the Volta Region is seeking to recruit goal oriented and highly motivated professional staff to fill the following position: Accounts Officer

Job Purpose

•   To support the management of the Bank to ensure that the finances and assets of the bank meet operational standards at all times

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Pass necessary journal entries and prepare cash trial and bank reconciliation statement
•   Ensure that books of accounts like cash book, ledger etc and prepared
•   Compile and record the revenue statement
•   Manage the assets of the Bank
•   Verify all bills related to the operations of the Bank

Qualification Required & Experience

•   University degree in accounting or any relevant qualification excellent
•   Excellent computer skills related to banking
