Job Vacancy For Admin & Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
• Handles customer calls and inquiries and ensure general administration of the company.
• Responsible for overall office management to enable staff to conduct their daily business from the perspective of both the operational environment and working atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support and handle routine customer queries and follow ups.
• Perform clerical and secretarial functions and maintain appropriate customer database
• Execute administrative activities for management staff in line with guidelines and procedures and work instructions
• Monitors and ensure that all office facilities of the company are well maintained/serviced and administered to assure proper functioning of office
• Serve as the travel liaison for coordinating official travel in such a way that travel is in line with requirements and needs of the person concerned
• Coordinate itinerary and schedules of IFFCO senior executives visiting the local office and ensure smooth daily planning
• Read and analyze in coming correspondences and submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Monitors and reports the stock level of office supplies to optimally meet their requirements
• Ensure good office layout and conducive working space in the premises
• Co-ordinate and/or deliver mail to in- and external destinations
• Ensure the effective execution of administrative work within the financial policies and procedures
• Performs other duties/functions as assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must possess University Degree
• A minimum of 2 years relevant customer service experience
