Job Vacancy For Admin Manager Controller At Latius Ghana Ltd
Our client Latius Ghana Ltd holds the franchise for an international food retailer which places emphasis on good old family values such as wholesomeness, trust, honesty, integrity and will have freshness and value placed on premium, with outlets across the continent is seeking to employ these various position for their soon to be opened store in Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
• The candidate must be able to do invoicing and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• The candidate must control credit and able to follow up and ensure that the credit proesses are up to date
• Must stock movements and ensure that all products (as well as bins, lugs and pallets) have the correct codes and barcodes and are booked in the correct quantities
• Must ensure all products are priced and booked in under the correct amount and that they are selling for the correct
• The candidate must file needs to ensure that all processes are accounted for and that they can be retrieved if the need
• Must maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements with sufficient product and supplier knowledge
• The candidate must ensure correct policies and procedures are implemented and maintained. Monitor, manage and control time and Attendance info, Exception Reports, manage and control hours worked and related Payroll info to H/O or Payroll office
• Must manage and report needs to update and distribute daily, weekly and monthly management reporting requirements and control and oversee daily and weekly stock takes
Qualification Required & Experience
Competencies / Skills
• A good university degree from a recognized institution
• The candidate must have effective communication, organizational planning, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Must have 5-6 years Admin Management or Supervisory experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Computer literacy in word processing, excel and database and a good understanding of either Arch or Symphony systems is required
