A leading Telecommunications company, seeking to expand its operations in Ghana is looking for dynamic & results oriented professionals who are ready to make a difference in the areas of:- Admin Officers (Facilities)

Responsibilities:

•   Management and supervision of maintenance of all offices, shops, warehouses and residential accomodation owned/leased by the company
•   Overall responsibility for the upkeep of all properties to a high standard, whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required
•   Supervision of caretakers (at Residences), Plumbers, Carpenters and Electricians engaged by the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A University degree, preferably in Estates Management Building Technology, Civil Engineering or any other related discipline
•   Must possess all round experience of general trades and a practical disposition
•   Good knowledge of MS office applications
•   Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management in hospitality, industry or other reputable organization.
