A Non – Bank Financial Services Company has vacancies for highly motivated individuals with high integrity and a passion to succeed for hiring as Administration Assistant

Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative assignments as directed by the Administration Manager.

Key Accountabilities

•   Ensure that stocks approved to be allocated are documented, dispatched and recorded in the stock management software
•   Ensure proper filing of all documents in the department
•   Ensure timely distribution of phone credit and fuel coupons to all stakeholders
•   Responsible for booking and tracking of vehicle repairs and maintenance with designated workshops
•   Ensure that all requests are forwarded for approval and follow and follow through the pick-up of cheques
•   Keep records of all cheques received and dispatched
•   Manage the designing and printing of photo IDs for staff
•   Assist in the planning and execution of company events
•   Assist in monthly stock taking
•   Handle additional responsibilities that may be assigned in the course of duty

Qualification Required & Experience

Formal Education and Certification

•   HND in Management / Diploma in Management or any equivalent relevant qualification.

Knowledge and Experience

•   2  years relevant experience

Competencies Required (Skills & Abilities)

•   Good Team player , highly versatile and ready to assist in all the units within the department
•   Good knowledge of records keeping, filing, and zeal to follow up on issues.
•   Ability to plan and organize activities and must be an organized person as well.
•   Must be a fast leaner with the desire to also help others.
•   Must have the discipline to adhere to principles and values of the company.
•   Ability to work under pressure and deliver results to meet customer expectation
•   Excellent personal attributes such as accuracy and personal integrity.
•   Ability to work with speed yet  pay attention to details
•   Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft office suit.
•   Must have time management and problem solving abilities
