Job Summary

Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations

•   Contract management
•   Liaising with suppliers
•   Purchasing office supplies
•   Ensure general maintenance of office equipment
•   Maintenance of asset register
•   Ensure general office maintenance
•   Effective filing of documents
•   Assisting with other duties

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Business Administration
•   At least 2 years working experience
•   Smart, intelligent, proactive
•   Has excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•   Takes initiative
