Job Summary
• The Administrative Co-ordinator (Training & Development) will support the identification of learning and professional developmental needs of the company's employees and assist with planning, organising and overseeing appropriate training.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Possess a good first degree in Human Resources Development or Management, Sociology, Psychology or a comparable qualification from a recognised university
• Have knowledge of adult learning and training facilitation
• Have at least 5 years relevant post-qualification working experience
• Be computer literate and numerate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Candidates must also:
• Have the ability to relate to staff at all levels
• Have excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Have organizational, planning and time management skills
• Have interpersonal and presentation skills
• Be able to support team efforts
• Membership of a professional HR body such as IHRMP Ghana, SHRM or CIPD will be an added advantage
