Key Responsibilities

•   Perform general Administrative/secretarial duties
•   Manage and maintain assigned schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
•   Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
•   Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
•   Receive and interact with incoming visitors

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
•   Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software, MS Office suite
•   Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
•   Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
