Role Purpose
The overall objective is to play a coordinated role in the provision of logistical support services for the growth of the company .
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate all civil works structural maintenance and all related works at offices and residences.
• Responsible for the supervision of all general facility activities in the Company.
• Supervise and Coordinate the activities of contracted cleaning company/Contractors.
• Ensure uninterrupted utility supplies to offices and residence.
• Ensure regular maintenance schedule for all electrical equipments at offices and residences.
• Develop a database for all maintenance and repair works in offices and official residence.
• Any other duties assigned by the Head of Administration
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Experience Required: Less than 1 year
• Practical thinker and good eye for details
• Strong sense of ownership, initiator and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good Problem solving skills
