The suitable individual will be expected to amongst others produce documents, reports and slides using the Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; to maintain records and databases; to devise and maintain office systems; to attend meetings, taking minutes and notes; liaise with staff in other departments, schools, and units and with external contacts.
Essentials
suitable individual should have:
• Strong organizational and administrative skills;
• Presentational skills and pays attention of details;
• Ability to plan own work, work on own initiative and meet targets;
• Ability to work under pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload; and
• Tactfulness and respect for confidentiality.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a reputable and accredited institution with at least five years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
