Job Vacancy For Administrator
We are a corporate law firm based in Accra which provides a wide range of legal advisory and company secretarial services to foreign investors, organizations and the local business community. We are looking to employ an Administrator who satisfies the job requirements as stated below:
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet)
• Work experience with QuickBooks is an advantage
• Capable to work independently after short training on-th-job
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Client oriented and friendly
• Open to learn
• Proficiency in German language is a plus
Core Task include:
• Organise the operational running of the office
• Perform secretarial duties Procure office supplies
• Prepare payroll and effect statutory payments
• Generate invoices
Location: Accra
