Job Vacancy For Administrator / HR Manager



A reputable mining company is looking for an Administrator / HR Manager to handle its Accra Office Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be expected to undertake all of the following:

• Be the first point of contact for all Administrative-related queries
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment at our Accra office
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with law
• Handle all expatriate work permit related issue with the Minerals Commission, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) as well as the Ghana Immigration Service
• Handle all monthly and annual reports related to our operation
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Liaise with recruitment agencies
• Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

Qualification Required & Experience

• BSc in Business Administration or HR (A masters in any of the two listed will be an added advantage)
• 5-10years related work experience as an administrator / HR

COMPETENCE AND SKILLS

• Strong administration skills
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• A high level of concealment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enjoy working with people
• Thoughtfulness and diplomacy
• The ability to work as part of a team
• The ability to work accurately, with attention to details
