Agency Manager
The Agency Manager shall report to the Sales Manager

Performance Expectation

•   Recruit, train, manage and retain sales team to achieve set targets according to performance contract
•   Manage all administrative and customer service issues related to your sales team
•   Report on performance according to set timelines

Qualification Required and Experience

•   Sales Executive of a Life Insurance Company with minimum of one (1) year continuous experience or one (1) year experience in sales with any of the following qualifications:
•   First Degree preferably in Marketing or Insurance or
•   Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College or the CII-K will be an advantage
•   Diploma in Business Studies
