Job Summary

•   Prepare architectural design driefs for consultants
•   Develop architectural sketch designs and working drawings for in-house projects
•   Prepare evaluation audits of architectural design schemes
•   Audit the fee claims of consultants
•   Assist in formulating development schemes and project proposals to management
•   Ensure compliance of work to original designs and specification
•   Conduct independent site inspections
•   Assist in the evaluation, preparation of evaluation reports and negotiation for contracts
•   Preparation of project correspondence and reports

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Architecture
•   Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture
•   Member of Ghana Institution of Architects (GIA)
•   Member of Architects Registration Council (ARC)
•   Ten (10) years working experience

Age: Preferably not more than 50 years

Competencies

•   In-depth knowledge of architectual design is required
•   Should have knowledge of project management principles.
•   Should be computer literate with good competencies in Computer Aided Design including AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel and Relevant architectural softwares
•   Good knowledge of principles of management and supervision is desired
•   Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
•   Should be computer literate
•   Must be meticulous, honest and results-oriented.
•   Should be able to uphold confidentiality
