We are a reputable Equity Investment Firm currently into Finance, Hospitality, Logistics, Real Estates, Property Management, Security Services and Trade.

We are seeking to find suitable persons with an excellent track record for the following position within the Group

• Job Title: Architect
• Department: Project
• Reports Directly: Team Lead- Projects

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the construction work and making sure the building is built according to the plans.
• Investigate technical information and factors affect developments including user needs, site and building surveys and regulatory requirements
• Monitor health and safety in design
• Prepare regulatory applications and specifications
• Prepare design proposals in CAD & 3D
• Contribute to the detailed design process and co-ordinating the design information.
• Prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
• Contribute to design stage risk assessments
• Act as a Clerk of Works where necessary
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and over three years of multi-discipline experience; or
• Master’s degree in Architecture, and over two years of multi-discipline experience.
• Ability to design using AutoCAD & 3D.
• Membership of the Ghana Institute of Architecture will be an added advantage.

Other Skills:

• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
• Detail oriented professional with high technical aptitude and good management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate
