Job Summary

•   The Primary objective is to be on the field for the designated area.
•   Generate Sales and achieve weekly, monthly and yearly targets assigned.
•   Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales.
•   Prepare market visit reports, sales plan and travel plans.
•   Generate lead and divert them to the reporting heads.
•   Develop and maintain a cordial relationship with the customer or distributor.
•   Liaise efficiently with the accounts and logistics for payment receipts, accounts receivables, Supply of products etc to oversee a smooth delivery to the customers.
•   Extensive knowledge in root distribution.

Reports to: Area Sales Manager / Head of the Department,

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration on the related field is a must.
•   Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including demonstrated track record of field sales, in FMCG sector preferably from Vegetable oil industry.
•   Demonstrated competencies in business development, negotiation, sales or marketing experience.
•   Excellent oral & written communication skills,
•   MS Word, MS Hxcel, MS Power point and other necessary computer tools proficiency are a must,
•   Must possess excellent leadership skills.
•   Candidate needs to provide 3 people as job references.
