Key Accountabilities

• Assess and manage risks associated with current assets
• Work to maximize returns and minimize losses on assets and investment
• Analyse property value timeline to forecast for future estimated value
• Analyse and evaluate portfolio progress and enact necessary changes
• Work collaboratively with and report to asset management team
• Monitor and manage assets from acquisition to disposition
• Strategically advise on what actions to take on company assets
• Create, organize and maintain company's portfolios
• Administer risk analysis surveys to determine their risk profile
• Assess current asset status, their future needs and investment goals
• Effectively manage assets according to investment preferences
• Collaborate with the Asset Team to accurately evaluate assets
• Manage financial modeling for capital investment appraisal
• Demonstrate interest in Water Utility Management with the ability to develop quantitative models for decision making, demands forecasting in repair and replacement

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field
• Affiliation with relevant professional body
• A post graduate degree in Business, finance and real estate is an added advantage
• 3 to 5 years successful asset management
• Experience in Project Management
• Proven experience in risk insurance management
