Job Description

•   Planning and forecasting & competition analysis
•   Buying & Suppliers/farmers for fruits and vegetables from farmers & Markets
•   Should have good negotiable skills
•   Responsible for handling processing unit and organizing dispatches of processed products to all the branches of Melcom
•   Ensure fill rates
•   Develop plans for expansion of the category & ensure continues improvement in range of products
•   Ensure quality of products
•   Should be able to develop, train & work closely with the store team

Role – Purchase/Vendor Development Manager

Functional area – Purchase/Vendor Development Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor Degree in marketing
•   Bachelor Degree in Agric business or any related field

Experience

•   1 to 3 years experience in buying and merchandising of fruits and vegetables
•   Salary – constraint for the right candidate
