Job Vacancy For Assistant Registrar



A public Service Organisation, established by law and committed to employment equity, is inviting applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians to fill the following vacancy: Assistant Registrar

Functions

• Gathers data for input into the formulation of educational programmes that best fits the architectural practices
• Undertakes resource mobilization activities for the implementation of programmes and projects of the department
• Registers architects/draughtsmen/technicians and publishes such registers
• Prepares draft materials for the development of systems to generate data on all registered architects
• Collects and drafts simple reports

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of PG Dip in Architecture from an accredited tertiary institution
• A master's degree will be an advantage
• A postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and/or Management
• A qualified and registered architect with a minimum of 1 years post qualification relevant working experience
• Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the council in consultation with the Public Services Commission
