Job Vacancy For Assistant Team Lead: Brands, Marketing & Communication



Key Responsibilities

In consultation with the Team Lead for the Department, the successful applicant will:

•   Lead in brand Development and Monitoring: Developing and implementing a plan that achieves company’s target of attaining a very high-value Brand Equity. This includes, but not limited to, advertising, programs/promotions and research. He/She will work in collaboration with agencies/vendors and internally with the Service and Business •   Development Departments, to drive superior market results.
•   Demonstrate creativity in both internal and external communication.
•   Develop a very reliable database of all Branding Activities to enable the company readily provide information that management requires for strategic planning.
•   Brand Visibility – Always create top-of-the-mind awareness for our Brands, using varied media.

Content Management

•   Information Gathering, Review, Editing and Final Publication
•   Blogging, Web Content, Internal & External Publications
•   Competition and Media Monitoring

Routine tasks comprise:

•   Development of Communication Campaigns
•   Meeting with clients and various departments
•   Carrying out competitive analysis of competing brands and making recommendations.
•   Writing and presenting reports to clients and senior management
•   Overseeing a team of junior staff
•   Organising events, photo shoots and other advertising productions

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies
•   3+years’ experience in the Communications Industry
•   Worked with a recognised PR firm for at least 3years
•   Knowledge of the financial industry would be an added advantage
