Fleet Management Systems (FMS) Engineer
Ensure provided Management information systems, processes, policies and resources are managed and maintained. Maintain data integrity, analysis and reporting, propose solutions to production problems.
. Relevant Tertiary qualification - 5yrs exp as an FMS Engineer - Hands-on approach - Willing to work long hours
Planned Maintenance Supervisor / Trainer
Responsible for training planned maintenance personnel & proposing solutions to ensure planning performance. ReviewJDs, facilitate competency training, regulatory change advice, ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 compliance

Mechanical Supervisor Trainer Crushers
Report to plant engineer. Focus on safety, training and elimination of throughput constraints. Develop / implement engineering standards / procedures. Review JDs, IDO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 compliance, individual development plans.
BSc Mech Engineering - Have training skills / abilities - 3yrs CIL plant exp - Extensive process plant equip exp

Supervisor / Trainer - Welding & Ground Engagement Tools
Supervise ground engagement tools & welding activities on HME. Ensure company has personnel to maximise efficiency & future growth. Review job descriptions, facilitate / monitor competency training, succession planning.
. Tertiary / trade qualification - 10 years exp on CAT / Liebher / Plantera - SAP Exp - valid Ghanaian driver's license.
