The individual must have a thorough understanding of the capital markets and in-depth understanding of emerging trends in the securities trading environment.

Responsibilities

•   Develop business for trading activities
•   Act as the chief trader for the company
•   Supervise compilation and execution of clients orders
•   Ensure that clients are promptly advised on completion of transactions,
•   Develop the necessary documentation associated with trading activities and ensure that GSE standards are met.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have a university degree in a relevant discipline
•   Must be licensed by the GSE as an Authorised Dealing Officer
•   Must have 5 years or more of relevant and progressive post qualification experience
•   Must be competent to evaluate securities and advise clients on investment options on the market
•   Must be able to effectively manage subordinates
