Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience preferably with a reputable dealership company.

Skills Requirement:

•   Ability to be in an excellent liaison between the customer and the service technicians
•   Ability to listen to the customer to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions
•   Excellent communications skills
