Job Summary

The Branch Manager shall report to the Chief Marketing officer or Alternative Position

Performance Expectations:

•   Manage and coordinate the recruitment, training and motivate of sales managers and Reps to achieve the branch targets frmo time to time
•   Manage all administrative and customer services issues related to the branch
•   Manage and coordinate branch activities and resources
•   Develop corporate businesses and build sales prospects for the branch sales teams
•   Report on performance according to set timelines

Qualification Required & Experience

•   At least 10 years experience in sales where 5 years relates to similar experience. Life insurance sales experience will be an advantage
•   First Degree in Marketing or related field with a Master's in Business Management or Marketing
•   Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma in insurance from the Ghana Insurance College or the CII-UK will be an advantage

Location: Tema, Takoradi, Kumasi, Sunyani, Cape Coast, Ho, Koforidua, Tamale, Wa and Bolgatanga
