Job Description

• Organize and work as the leader of the team to achieve branch targets
• Ensure the profitability of the branch
• Ensure that the loan portfolio is run according to the Bank’s laid down standards
• Safeguard assets of the institution
• Effective liability and asset management
• Maintaining required service standards and operational efficiency
• Ensure overall performance of the branch

Qualification Required & Experience

• A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• A professional qualification is an added advantage
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a reputable financial institution in Ghana
• A good working knowledge of Zigloi banking software
• Knowledge of reporting of banks

Salary: ¢1,200
