Job Vacancy For Branch Manager



Key Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:             

•   Day to day management and supervision of branch operations and credits.
•   Co-ordinate and drive branch performance to achieve set targets
•   Ensure compliance in risk management, internal controls and regulatory policies and procedures.
•   Review, develop, and drive suitable marketing and selling activities for lending, savings, deposits and other potential banking products.
•   Build a motivated team to deliver results

Key Skills include:

•   In-depth knowledge in Credits and Banking Operations.
•   Excellent presentation skills

Ability to:

•   Plan, co-ordinate, and monitor business related activities as well as handling heavy workload.
•   Deliver business goals on timely basis.
•   Implement marketing, sales and customer service management plans.
•   Communicate clearly to peers, superiors and customers
•   Set performance target for team members and measure performance
•   Coach and train team members on the job
•   Use Microsoft applications especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 7 years work experience in Banking Operations and with at least 2 years’ experience in a Branch management role.
•   Masters’ Degree or professional qualification in Banking Operations or Accounting with at least 5 years work experience in Banking Operations, 2 years of which should be in a Branch Management role.
