Agave Rural Bank Limited is one of the finest Rural Banks in the Volta Region of Ghana, which provides banking services to the public within its catchment areas.

Job Summary

•   Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a branch office.
•   Co-ordinate and control operational activities between head office and the branches yet to be opened
•   Ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly returns to Head Office for onward submission to Apex Bank and the Bank of Ghana.
•   Be responsible for controlling cost and ensuring that the Bank operates within budget.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have at least a first degree or professional qualification in any relevant discipline
•   Must have at least 7- 10 years banking experience
•   Must have excellent management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills
•   Must have high sense of responsibility, with result oriented working attitude
•   Must be able to implement all operational policies of banking services in addition to effective and efficient deposit mobilization skills
•   Must have good interpersonal and keen business development skills
•   Must have excellent computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge in T24 Banking Software will be an advantage.
•   Must not be more than 45 years of age at the date of application.
