Kumawuman Rural Bank Limited invites applications from suitably qualified applicants for the position of Branch Manager.

Responsibilities:

•   Takes charge of all administrative and operational duties of a branch,
•   Ensures internal control measures are strictly adhered to
•   Mobilization of customers and deposits for the branch to meet set target
•   Regulates all loans recovery activities in the branch
•   Ensures adherence to all regulatory and statutory requirements
•   Any other duties assigned by management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, and/or Banking with relevant professional qualification. A Master's degree will be an advantage.
•   At least 5 years post qualification experience in the financial and credit delivery industry
•   Computer literate and knowledge in e-merge (T 24 banking software) is an advantage
•   Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
