A leading player in the Savings & Loans and Micro-finance Industry, requires experienced and suitably qualified Ghanaians for the position of a Branch Managers

Job Title: Branch Managers

Reporting directly to the COO, Duties Responsibilities include but not limited to:

•   Day to day management and supervision of branch operations
•   Co-ordinate and drive branch performance to achieve set targets
•   Ensure compliance in risk management, internal controls and regulatory policies and procedures.
•   Review, develop and implement suitable marketing and selling activities for lending, savings, deposits and other potential banking products.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
•   Master's Degree or professional qualification in Banking would be an added advantage
•   A minimum of 6 years experience in a Branch management role
