Job Summary

UNION Savings and Loans, the Global Banking and Finance Review (GBFR) award winner for the best SME Financing Company in Ghana, 2014, is looking for dynamic and goal oriented professionals as Branch Managers for some of its branches.

Position Summary

•   The goal of the branch manager is to strategize, organize, coach and lead the branch team to drive sales, manage client relationships, and acquire a growing market share.
•   He/she provides an advanced level of customer relations and promotes a sales and service culture by defining and ensuring a results and customer oriented approach to work.
•   Generally responsible for the profitability of the branch.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree in Banking or any related discipline.
•   At least three (3) years of relevant practical working experience in client relationship management, credit analysis and banking operations.
•   Experience in effective people management is an added advantage.
