We are a reputable Life Insurance company with immense contribution to the industry. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, results-oriented, tried and tested persons to be employed as Branch Sales Managers for the following Agency / Branch Offices: Adabraka, Ho, Spintex, Takoradi and Bolgatanga

Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Training and Maintaining of Sales Agents
• Maintaining the average minimum number of Sales Agents as may be directed by the Head of Marketing to enable them to meet set targets
• Allocating viable markets to Sales Agents
• Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for sales agents.
• Monitoring the team performance and motivating them to reach their targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures each day and week
• Handling some major sales accounts themselves
• Obtaining customer feedback on services and products and making appropriate recommendations
• Being abreast of competition and product updates and review
• Creating and managing existing pay-points
• Managing complaints of sales agents and addressing them with the required speed
• Must be able to achieve the premium income target set per week and per month
• Must be able to implement the agency structure

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and must have completed his / her one year mandatory National Service
• Must have at least 3 years working experience in managing a team of Life Insurance Sales Agents
• Must have the ability to work on their own at their own time
• Must have good people management and selling skills
• Must be disciplined

Remuneration: Attractive salary plus overriding commission and other fringe benefits

Location: Adabraka, Ho, Spintex, Takoradi and Bolgatanga
