Job Vacancy For Brands Communications Officer
Scope:
Assist to build the brand reputation and performance of the Company (and its products) through Marketing Communications (advertising, public relations).
Responsible For:
• Developing and executing marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of company products.
• Unearthing customer insights to aid new product development, market development and decision-making by management.
• Planning and managing the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct marketing collateral. Managing the relationship with outside marketing agencies for flawless design of promotional material and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Supporting the Relationship Officers and Cluster Managers by developing collateral for their sales activities.
• Championing service excellence
• Evaluating market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising and product policies to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Driving media publicity, and developing positive media relations.
• Ensuring timely submission and review of reports to the appropriate authorities; weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Other duties that may be assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
• University degree or advanced professional qualification from a recognized institution; in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Administration or Insurance.
• At least 3 years practical experience.
• A self motivator with a drive for sustainable performance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Driving experience (Valid license)
• Computer literate.
