Job Summary
• The Brands Manager will build all FML brands (current & future), both frozen and ambient, through consumer-driven strategies to achieve superior brand health, while driving consumer commitment and frequency.
• He/She will also manage on day-to-day basis, brand projects in partnership with Cross Functional Teams.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Possess a good first degree in Marketing
• Have a minimum of 5 years relevant post-qualification working experience in brand marketing (consumer and customer marketing)
• Show evidence of strong leadership and influencing skills and demonstrate success in developing & leading a team
• Have strategic orientation and strong analytical capabilities
• Have experience working with and successfully managing 3rd party agencies and strategic partners
• Have budgetary & cost management skills
• Have competitive intelligence & insights into brands management.
• Have the ability to learn fast and adapt to new experiences on the job
• Be computer literate and numerate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage
