Ghana Management and Business Development Officers Internship Program

Impact Capital Africa’s Management and Business Development Officers Internship Program offers the opportunity for recent graduates to become directly involved in the development and management of a business or project. This position will provide valuable experience working on business development, expansion and management.

We are looking for recent graduates with business, commerce, mathematics, statistics and or social science degrees to admit into our intern and management development program.

What You'll Do

•   Assist Senior Business Development Managers in Designing and Executing Business Development Strategies
•   Conduct Business Due Diligence & Market Research; Analyze Industry Trends and Competitive Landscapes; Model and Analyze Business Financials; Develop and Implement Operational and Governance Strategies.
•   Acquire, Develop, Execute and Manage own Portfolio of Business Clients.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Entrepreneurial Spirit
•   Experience and or Strong Knowledge in Marketing, Accounting & Finance and Operations will be an added advantage.
•   Knowledge of Website Designing, Content Writing, Graphic and Media design etc would be an added advantage
•   Desire to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth sales culture
•   A highly customer focused mindset and consultative approach to getting work done.
•   Problem solving aptitude
•   A stellar work ethic and history of being a self-starter
