Duties & Responsibilities

•   Developing profitable and sustainable businesses throughout the country by building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the industrial and commercial sectors.
•   Sourcing for business opportunities including roofing contracts and new markets for the company
•   Building and sustaining strong client relationship for growth opportunities
•   Supervising and coordinating the entire operations of the Sales & Marketing Department of the company and its divisions
•   Effectively manage and develop subordinates performance through coaching, mentoring and periodic appraisals to promote a winning culture
•   Ensure the attainment of the yearly sales budget as well as implementing the marketing plan
•   Jointly responsible with HRM in training personnel in the department in the technical field and marketing

Qualification Required & Experience

•   BSc in civil engineering or building technology with 3 to 5 years post qualification relevant experience
•   Computer literate in full Microsoft Office suite
