A reputable fast growing Pharmaceutical company in Ghana is looking to take on a dynamic, experienced, results oriented, self-motivated and energetic individual to work with.

The Role

To develop and market its pharmaceutical businesses with wholesalers, retailers, hospitals, medical and all other existing pharmaceutical facilities within the ten (10) regions of Ghana.

The prospective candidate will be expected to project the company to become one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Ghana within the next two (2) years.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should be able to:

•   Establish sales with medical centres, wholesale and retail outlets across the country
•   Coordinate a team of sales and marketing persons to bring out their maximum output within the company's growing spirit
•   Bring out maximum policies to enhance recovery and maximum sales of the company's products.

Qualification Required & Experience

Key Qualification and competencies

•   Minimum of Degree or a Masters in Accounting, Marketing or any other related field
•   Knowledge in Pharmacy is an added advantage
•   Minimum of between 5 years working experience in similar position

Skills & Abilities

•   Leadership skills to be able to bring out the maximum output of people
•   A target achiever, an output and goal oriented person
•   Client service oriented, enjoys dealing with clients
•   Socially confident and able to establish rapport with all key stakeholders
•   Proven success in generating leads, turning opportunities into business results and demonstrating knowledge of sales and marketing process
•   Very good communication skills with the ability to negotiate to enhance deals.
