The manager will have a broad responsibility of developing, optimizing and growing the company. He will hire and training the staff, identify business clients and make plans to attract them and will have the overall accountability of ensuring that the business is at any stage financially healthy. Specifically the manager will amongst other accountabilities perform the following;

•   Provide effective leadership to the team
•   Maintain discipline in all aspects of the business operations
•   Identify and recruit efficient staff and consultants for the company
•   Develop business plans, proposals, budget and operational directives for board of directors’ decision
•   Ensures the general profitability of the company
•   Ensures that the company is compliant in all its activities
•   Maintain effective HR policies and programs for the company
•   Identify and report all risk to the company monthly and submit detail controls program to the Executive Director

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Previous experience in managing a start-up business
•   Ability to control and manage multiple business activities
•   Effective influence and negotiation skills
•   Ability to form and grow a team
•   Proven Financial management skills
•   Experience in HRM practice
•   Eyes for details and effective writting skills
•   Should have a driving licence (C class)
